All You Need to Know About Henley Festival Parking

This year the Henley Festival has a new parking system, so to make things that little bit easier we have written a helpful guide on all you need to know.

Buying a Car Park Pass

IN ADVANCE:

Car park passes can no longer be bought over the phone or online and must be bought in person. These will be available to purchase from our Box Office at the River and Rowing Museum RG9 1BF up until 3pm on the 10th July.
The River and Rowing Museum Box Office closes for all sales and collections between 11th – 15th July.

Opening hours and prices are below
Monday-Friday: 10am – 5pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am – 4pm
Tuesday 10th July: 10am – 3pm

Car Park A (subject to availability): £20 + £3.50 booking fee
Car Park B: £15 + £3.50 booking fee

Blue Badge Parking must be booked in advance of the night you attend.

DURING FESTIVAL DATES:

Between 11th – 15th July, car park passes (subject to availability) can be purchased for £25 plus £3.50 booking fee from our onsite Box Office, located to the left of the festival entrance. This will be between the hours of 9.30am-3pm only.

ON THE NIGHT OF ATTENDANCE:

After 4pm, Car Park B passes (only) can be purchased on arrival at the entrance to Car Park B for £25 cash only. Please note that Car Park A passes will not be available to buy at either car park entrance.

HENLEY SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA SATURDAY LUNCHTIME CONCERT:

Free parking available in car park A and B between 11am-2pm. All cars must be removed by 2.30pm.

FAMILY SUNDAY:

Free parking available in car park A and B between 10am-2.30pm. All cars must be removed by 3pm.


PICNICKING IN THE CAR PARK

Picnics are welcome in both car parks, it is your responsibility to purchase any additional spaces required. All additional spaces required for Car Park A must be booked in advance, and cannot be purchased on the night you attend.
If you wish to use a gazebo or awning, please note that these are not to be left up overnight or they will be removed. Vehicles may be left overnight at your own risk for collection by midday the following day.
Sleeping overnight in vehicles is not permitted.


Entrance to Car Parks

CAR PARK A, PATRONS, VIP, BLUE BADGE HOLDERS AND ARTIST PARKING

If you are travelling from the M4/A404 onto the A4130 follow signs to Henley Festival / Music Festival 2018. Continue down White Hill and turn right at Leander Way. From there you will be directed by parking attendants where to park.

If you are travelling from Reading, Marlow or Oxford come into Henley town centre and follow signs to Henley Festival. Go over Henley Bridge and turn left into Leander Way. From there you will be directed by parking attendants where to park.

CAR PARK B & ON THE DAY CASH SALES

If you are travelling from the M4/A404 onto the A4130 follow signs to Henley Festival / Music Festival 2018. Take the firs main right (signposted Car Park B) after the petrol station onto Remenham Church Lane and follow signs to Car Park B.

If you are travelling from Reading, Marlow or Oxford come into Henley town centre and follow signs to Henley Festival. Go over Henley Bridge and continue straight up White Hill. Turn left (signposted Car Park B) onto Remenham Church Lane and follow the signs to Car Park B.
