The Pontoon

EXCLUSIVE HIRE

The Pontoon is a two-storey private entertaining space floating on the River Thames with unparalleled views of the river and the Festival site.

The most unique venue on the Festival site, it is available for exclusive hire and provides a unique fine dining space for up to 50 guests on each level, or you can gather for drinks and canapes with your guests prior to the Floating Stage concert. Each deck has a private bar and the area can be tailored to your requirements with company branding and individual touches. Larger groups can hire both decks of The Pontoon to entertain up to 100 guests.

On arrival your guests will enjoy a champagne reception with canapes, or they can sit down to a delicious three course meal before taking their seats for the Floating Stage Concert. After the concert, your guests can return to The Pontoon for post-concert drinks.

The Pontoon Hospitality Package includes:

• Access to your own private hospitality area
• Champagne reception on arrival
• 3-course meal or canapes
• Complimentary bar including selected beers, wines & soft drinks throughout the evening
• Grandstand seats for the Floating Stage Concert
• Souvenir Programme (one per two guests)
• VIP car parking (one per two guests)

 

Unfortunately, due to the unique structures the Festival inherits the Upper Pontoon is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Maximum booking 50 guests on each level
Pricing for between 30 and 49 guests can be quoted for
Prices are per person and subject to VAT
Ticket upgrades can be quoted for subject to availability

There’s so much to experience at the Festival it’s worth being ready to go when the gates open at 5pm.

Head to the Moet Champagne lawn for a glass of fizz and an amazing view of the river.

HUNGRY?

All our non-bookable restaurants are open throughout the evening and are less busy during the floating stage concert.

YOUR VISIT

WHAT SHALL I WEAR?

The Festival has a black tie dress code.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The car park opens at 4pm, Festival gates open at 5pm.

DO I NEED A WRISTBAND?

Wristbands will be given out at the Festival gates upon presentation of a valid ticket.
