Creature Feature The Gorillas

on Sunday 12th July 2020

Roving Troupe - Sponsored by Medlock

NB: Appearing at Henley Festivals Family Sunday and Sunday Evening only

Creature Feature began in 1994 through Kate Evans and Ned Evans meeting whilst studying Theatre at Middlesex University.

In 1996 The Arts Council funded our first show ‘A Recipe For Disaster’ and in 2000 The Millennium Dome and Zap Arts funded ‘Goin’ Ape – The Gorillas’. Over the past 26 years we’ve produced 17 different acts and provide workshops in mask/puppet making.

Highlights include performing The Gorillas for The Aspinall Foundation Ball – where we first studied gorillas whilst developing the performance; performing at Buckingham Palace for Prince Charles’s Birthday celebration; and making puppets and masks for Billy Elliott The Musical.
