Nicola and Jim

7:30 pm on Saturday 11th July 2020

The Bedouin

Nicola and Jim met in 2004 at the Folkworks Youth Summer School. In 2006 they co-founded alternative folk quartet, 4Square, who have appeared at many festivals and venues all across the UK, Europe and Canada. The duo features the spectacle of Nicola’s simultaneous fiddle playing and clog dancing along with the driving sounds of Jim’s piano and accordion. The result is an infusion of folk, jazz, latin, and any other musical style they feel the inclination to absorb.
