6-10th JULY 2022
Henley Festival

All Things New

Henley Festival will be back from the 15th – 19th September in its full Black Tie Splendour, with five top class floating stage artists, comedy, music from all over the world, art, roving acts like you’ve never seen before and so much more!

The COVID-19 pandemic has been hugely hard hitting on us as a not-for-profit business and charity which means we have some fabulously new things to bring to 2021.

Firstly, just like many other festivals this year we will be bringing in our COVID plans to keep all guests as safe as we possibly can and to ensure that everyone can enjoy their time at Henley Festival safely. We will ask all ticket holders aged 12 and over to demonstrate their COVID-19 Status before entering the festival by providing either:

  • Proof of full vaccination – both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to the festival) or
  • Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test taken prior to travel on the day of arrival at the festival or
  • Proof of natural immunity based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of the festival (including 10 days self-isolation following the result).

We ask that all guests remember to carry out their lateral flow tests prior to arrival on site and upload your test result to the government website here.  If you require further assistance on how to upload your proof of negative lateral flow test or how to access your COVID Pass please read our full COVID-Safe Plans here.

Secondly, for this year Henley Festival will be going cashless. Cash will not be accepted in any bars, restaurants, on the day car parking or throughout the site, you’ll be able to use credit and debit cards, Apple pay and Google pay. We have taken this decision to not only make it easier for you but also to ensure we are being as COVID-safe as we possibly can be, minimising the handling of cash from ticket holders to staff and vise versa helping keep you and all staff safe.

Thirdly, we have changed our opening times for Henley Festival 2021, enjoy an extra hour of fun as gates will open from 5pm! There is so much to experience at the Festival so it’s worth being ready early and taking in the whole site. Car Parks will open at 4pm to give you plenty of time to park up, straighten your bow tie, apply that lippy touch up and still get in to site for 5pm!

As we are building our own structures site-wide this year we have had to make a couple of small changes to the site to ensure that we can put on a show more fabulous than ever for you. For all those who have been to the Festival before, be sure to familiarise yourself with the new site map here. Don’t worry, we will have site maps throughout the festival for you to refer to, plenty of lovely staff ready to guide you, and lots of signage getting you exactly to where you want to go.

We have so much on the agenda every night for you to take full advantage of, take a trip down memory lane at our  Vintage Funfair with an old school Ferris wheel, dodgems, waltzer and wave swinger. Our Pure Heaven Club Tent will be of course be making its come back with our amazing resident DJs keeping the music alive all night long! Delicious food throughout the whole site whether you’re fine-dining in one of our restaurants or after a quick bite from our scrumptious grazing concessions. You won’t be able to miss the Salon Comedy Club with the constant laughter bellowing out, positioned in its shiny NEW place at the far end of the site. Bars will be scattered throughout the festival, guaranteeing you won’t go thirsty at Henley Festival 2021, pop open a mini or large Moet from the Moet Champagne bar or quench your thirst with a Pimms in the sunshine from our Pimms Bar, we’ve got quite literally all corners covered with bars for you to choose from!

Getting excited yet? We certainly are, we cannot wait to welcome you through the Henley Festival gates once again, it has been a tough, unprecedented 18 months and we are really looking forward to giving you the party and Henley Festival experience we have all been waiting so patiently for.

We would like to thank all our Ticket Holders in advance for complying with our new COVID plans and cashless policy for this year, ensuring to keep you and everyone who enters Henley Festival 2021 safe.
