Get Ready for Your E-Tickets
We’ve made the move to E-Tickets this year, saving on thousands of paper tickets being printed.
Your tickets will be sent to you via your Henley Festival account Email address in June. Please note that each ticket will have an individual barcode to be scanned at the gate. Once this barcode has been scanned it will not be able to be scanned again. If you are the ticket purchaser it is paramount that each customer is sent their individual ticket for scanning through the Festival gates. Please treat the individual E-Tickets as a individual paper ticket just like in previous years.
As many Festival goers know, signal can sometime be a challenge at Henley Festival, so please make sure you have pre-loaded your E-Ticket on to your phone or print them out should you wish to, to avoid holding up queues and ensure a quick and smooth entry in to the Festival.
Your E-Tickets will be sent out throughout the month of June. If you have not received your tickets by the 27th June please get in touch with the Box Office via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 01491 843 404.
