Can I transfer my booking to 2021?

The option to let us know your ticket requests and changes closed on the 15th May 2020 and the postponed Festival is now back on general sale. If you have a query regarding your booking please email us on info@henley-festival.co.uk. Please bear with us as we are still working remotely with a skeleton staff. If you have not contacted us before the 15th May 2020, your tickets have automatically been transferred over to 2021.

Can I get a refund?

I would like to transfer some of my tickets and refund others, how do I do this?

What happens to my Friends membership?

Your current Friends membership will be valid until October 31st 2021. As we are continuing with our ticket sales for the postponed festival, the priority booking period has already been taken. However, as a current friend, you can take advantage of a 20% discount on all drinks (excluding champagne) at selected festival bars between 7th – 11th  July 2021. Details of when your Friends Drinks Card will be available shall be provided via our Mailing List, closer to festival dates.

Do you refund booking fees?

All box office fees are non-refundable. In order to cover the total cost of providing our Box Office services we charge a Booking Fee, which is 6% of the value of a ticket. As this a service that has already been provided to our customers, the fee is not available for refund

Do you refund 2020 Memberships?

As the event has been postponed not cancelled – the membership benefit / entitlement was ‘spent’ when the original booking was made during the Friends Membership priority booking period. Unless a booking is transferred to 2021 there will be no further benefit given in 2021 – it being the same Festival. There will be no priority booking until we release tickets for our 2022 Festival.

How much money does Henley Festival need to raise to cover core running costs?

Due to the postponement of this year’s festival and the subsequent loss of income for a year, Henley Festival needs to raise £200,000 to cover core running costs.

Does Henley Festival 2021 have the same programme?

Yes, all of our 2020 artists including; Madness, James Blunt, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Sara Cox, Kathy Sledge of Sister Sledge,Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Shappi Khorsandi, Minton Jones, Simon Evans and loads more, have confirmed to our 2021 dates. See our full 2021 programme here.

When can I buy 2020 Festival tickets?

You can continue to buy tickets, moorings and make dining reservations online as usual, subject to availability here.

Can I upgrade my seats if better ones become available?

This may be possible. Please contact the box office at boxoffice@henley-festival.co.uk and they will be able to advise.
