Yes, if you bought tickets prior to the Henley Festival 2021 date change announcement on March 11th 2021 and are unable to attend the Festival in September, the cut off date to request a credit for 2022, a ticket transfer where available or a refund is Friday 26th March 5pm. Please email info@henley-festival.co.uk
Your current Friends 2020 membership will be valid until October 31st 2021. As we are continuing with our ticket sales for the postponed festival, the priority booking period has already been taken. However, as a current friend, you can take advantage of a 20% discount on all drinks (excluding champagne) at selected festival bars between 15th – 19th September 2021. Details of when your Friends Drinks Card will be available shall be provided via our Mailing List, closer to festival dates.
All box office fees are non-refundable. In order to cover the total cost of providing our Box Office services we charge a Booking Fee, which is 6% of the value of a ticket. As this is a service that has already been provided to our customers, the fee is not available for refund.
The membership benefit / entitlement was ‘spent’ when the original booking was made during the Friends Membership priority booking period. Unless a booking is transferred to 2021 there will be no further benefit given in 2021 – it being the same Festival. There will be no priority booking until we release tickets for our 2022 Festival.
Due to the postponement of last year’s festival and the subsequent loss of income for a year, Henley Festival needs to raise £200,000 to cover core running costs.
