Pre ordered ‘To Collect’ tickets will be ready for collect from Wednesday 5th June from the Henley Festival Box Office, at the River & Rowing Museum (open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm). You will need your confirmation email and valid ID in order to collect your tickets.
*PLEASE NOTE that due to the Site Box Office location, all pre purchased ‘To Collect’ Car Park Passes MUST be collected in advance of your arrival on the night you attend Henley Festival. The Site Box Office location is within the festival grounds and it will not be possible to collect your Car Park Pass on the night you attend. All Car Park Passes must be clearly displayed BEFORE entering the festival grounds.
The Henley Festival Box Office at the River and Rowing Museum will be CLOSED to all visitors and callers from 1pm onwards on Tuesday 9th July and will not re-open until 10am on Monday 15th July. No tickets will be available for purchase or collection from the River and Rowing Museum between these dates.
The Henley Festival 2019 SITE BOX OFFICE will be OPEN between 9.30am – 9pm from Wednesday 10th July through to Sunday 14th July where tickets can be collected or purchased – we are located to the left of the festival entrance gate.
Delivery of Tickets
If you have chosen to have your tickets posted, they will be sent out no later than two weeks prior to the festival start date. If you have made multiple bookings for Henley Festival, they will be posted in order of purchase dates. All tickets are posted using a ‘Signed for Delivery’ service. If you receive a card from the Royal Mail, please do not ignore as it may be your festival tickets! If you have not received your tickets within two weeks of the festival, please contact the Box Office on 01491 843404.
‘Postage’ at £3.00 is available and offered on all tickets and/or Car Park Passes booked up to Saturday 29th June. After which, all tickets/car park passes will be available for ‘Collection Only’.
Tickets purchased during Henley Festival Week
(Bookings made between Wednesday 10th and Sunday 14th July 2019)
Tickets (subject to availability) will be available to purchase throughout festival dates. You can do this either in person, via the Site Box Office (9.30am-9pm) or through the website www.henley-festival.co.uk (24hrs).
All tickets must be collected from the Site Box Office only between 10th -14th July. Proof of purchase will be required, please see your Confirmation Email for further details. No postage is available during festival week.
Car Park Passes purchased during Henley Festival week
Car Park B passes (subject to availability) will be available to purchase either in person at the Site Box Office or at the entrance to the car park when you arrive on the night. No Car Park Passes will be for sale online, or via our website.
For purchases made between 10th-14th July – prices are as follows:
Car Park A/B passes (subject to availability) via Site Box Office – all priced at £25.00
Car Park B passes only via Car Park B festival entrance from 4pm onwards on the night you attend – £25.00 CASH ONLY
Car Park A passes are not available to purchase on the night.
