That is why all our ingredients are sourced locally and to the highest quality. Our specialty are our Venison burgers, which are ‘quite possibly’ the best burgers in London. Our Venison is sourced from Vicars game who shoot only wild deer from local estates in Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
The Halloumi Guys serve up our famous Halloumi Fries up and down the country. What are Halloumi fries I hear you say? We’re talking deep fried Halloumi, honey glazed, topped with turmeric yoghurt, mint, coriander, roquito chilli peppers and garnished with a smoked paprika and sumac salt blend - A culinary masterpiece! We have found that our Fries are popular with young and old, families and singletons, friends and foes, rich and poor- this really is a treat for the masses!
Our menu for the festival will be, Lobster Rolls: succulent lobster pieces served in a New England style brioche roll with salad leaves a choice of our flavoured mayonnaise and finished of with hot butter. Lobster Mac and Cheese: rigatoni pasta in a cheddar cheese sauce with fresh lobster and a parmesan crisp. Lobster Taco: a hard shell taco with salsa, iceberg lettuce, tomato and our special lobster mayonnaise.
Warm your hands around the best hot chocolate on the planet, barista style, from the sleek Chocomobile. Brownie to go with that? Capturing that home baked melt, these are lavished with their own chocolate, for the ultimate brownie experience. You have to try Ice Cream of the Gods, rich and creamy, made with milk from Jersey cows. One scoop isn’t enough of this heavenly ice cream infused with cocoa nibs.
Tonbo Japanese Kitchen will be serving freshly made to order Sushi, Poke Bowls as well as hot Japanese Street Food such as King Prawn Tempura and Chicken Kara Age.
