General Information


Bookings can be made by completing a hospitality booking form available from Payment is taken in full before the event.


Tickets are sent out Special Delivery and will need to be signed for. On arrival at the venue, wristbands will be issued on presentation of your ticket. Tickets must be kept at all times and are non-transferable. We aim to send all documentation to you two weeks prior to the event date providing payment has been made in full. If you misplace your documentation please call 01491 843404 and talk to the events team. If you forget to bring it with you on the night please go to the Box Office who will be able to assist.


The dress code is Black Tie and ladies are advised to bring shawls or jackets for the evening, as it can sometimes get cold.


Additional parking is available for purchase at the event and guests can be dropped off outside the festival entrance if they arrive by taxi or chauffeur.


A pre-event form will be sent out to you around six weeks prior to the event. The form gives you the opportunity to indicate if your guests have any specific dietary requirements. If you find out after this time, please contact the Events Team as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate any late requests.


The postcode for Satellite Navigation direction is RG9 2LY. The Festival site is approximately a 10 minute walk from the centre of town over the bridge and the entrance is on the left hand side.
