BY TRAIN

The nearest train station is Henley on Thames, which has links to London (approx. 1 hour) and Reading (approx. 20 minutes). We are situated just over Henley Bridge and the walk from the station to the Festival entrance should take you less than 10 minutes.

BY CAR

FROM M4 / LONDON / HEATHROW AIRPORT
Leave the M4 motorway at Junction 8/9 signposted to Henley (via the A404 (M)). Take the A4130 into the centre of Henley.

FROM M4 / BRISTOL
Leave the M4 at Junction 10 signposted A329 (M) towards Reading. Follow the Henley signs via the A4 and the A321 through Wargrave. Then join the A4130 towards Henley Bridge.

FROM M40
Leave the M40 at Junction 4. Take the A404 dual carriage way signposted Marlow/Bourne End. From Marlow town centre take the A4155, towards Henley-on-Thames.

FROM M25 / NORTH
Leave the M25 at Junction 16. Take the M40, signposted Oxford. Then follow the directions above for arrival from M40.

FROM M25 / SOUTH
Leave the M25 at Junction 15. Take the M4 West. Then follow the directions for M4/London as above.

CAR PARKING

CAR PARK 1, VIP, PATRONS & BLUE BADGE PARKING

If you are travelling from the M4/A404 onto the A4130, follow signs to Henley Festival. Continue down White Hill and turn right at Leander Way. From there you will be directed by parking attendants where to park.

If you are travelling from Reading, Marlow or Oxford come into Henley town centre and follow signs to Henley Festival. Go over Henley Bridge and turn left into Leander Way. From there you will be directed by parking attendants where to park.

CAR PARK 2 & ON THE DAY SALES

If you are travelling from the M4/A404 onto the A4130, follow signs to Henley Festival. Take the first main right (signposted Car Park 2) after the petrol station onto Remenham Church Lane and follow signs to Car Park 2.

If you are travelling from Reading, Marlow or Oxford come into Henley town centre and follow signs to Henley Festival. Go over Henley Bridge and continue straight up White Hill. Turn left (signposted Car Park 2) onto Remenham Church Lane and follow the signs to Car Park 2.

ARRIVE EARLY

There’s so much to experience at the Festival it’s worth being ready to go when the gates open at 5pm.

Head to the Moet Champagne lawn for a glass of fizz and an amazing view of the river.

All our non-bookable restaurants are open throughout the evening and are less busy during the floating stage concert.

YOUR VISIT

WHAT SHALL I WEAR?

The Festival has a black tie dress code.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The car park opens at 4pm, Festival gates open at 5pm.

DO I NEED A WRISTBAND?

Wristbands will be given out at the Festival gates upon presentation of a valid ticket.
