Box Office Top Festival Tips 2025

Henley Festival 2025 is almost here and it’s time for our Box Office Top Tips!

New for 2025…

The Henley Festival 2025 App! Whether it’s your first visit or you’re a festival regular, our app will help you navigate, plan and enjoy your time with us like never before, with an interactive site map, festival notifications, and useful FAQ’s.

Our ‘What’s On’ guide will keep you in the know by telling you exactly when and where it’s all happening. There are also details of grazing choices, including ‘walk in’ table service at The Hidden Garden, as well as our hand picked delicious food concessions. Don’t forget the numerous bars we have across the site to help quench your thirst on these hot summer nights!

What shall I wear?

We are the UK’s only Black Tie festival! It’s time to check out the festival weather predictions, pick that party dress, choose the suit, search out those bow ties and leave the denim and trainers at home.

Please note: there is no dress code for Playdate @ Henley Festival

 

Where are my e-tickets?

If you booked with us, you’ll have access to your e-tickets via your customer account. You can access it via the link on your booking confirmation email, or login in, and find ‘My E-Tickets’ on the right hand side.

Top Tip…download your tickets before you arrive so you can be straight in the festival entrance gates!

 

Is there an on-site Box Office?
Yes, our Box Office will be open between 12.00pm and 9.00pm Wednesday 9th – Saturday 12th July and 9.00am and 8.00pm on Sunday 13th. Phone lines are open between 12pm and 5pm Wednesday – Saturday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Sunday.

 

What about the Leander Club Box Office?

Our office at Leander Club will close at 2.00pm on Tuesday 8th and will not reopen again until midday on Monday 14th July. Box Office phone lines will temporarily close at 2.00pm on Tuesday 8th and will reopen the following day at 12.00pm.

What are the Henley Festival timings?

Wednesday 9th July: open at 5pm, close at 12am

Thursday 10th July: open at 5pm, close at 12am

Friday 11th July: open at 5pm, close at 1am

Saturday 12th July: open at 5pm, close at 1am

Sunday 13th July: open at 5pm, close at 11.30pm

Where and when can we park?

All festival car parks open at 4.00pm. See our map for directions to Car Park 1 and 2.

What do I need to know about pre-bookable restaurants?

If you have a reservation at either The Riverside Restaurant, Terrace Restaurant or Riverside Kitchen, you have access to your table from 6.00pm Wednesday to Saturday. For Sunday at the Terrace, it is 5.00pm.

The last day for making a booking any of these pre-bookable restaurants is Tuesday 1st July, at midday…so don’t delay!

Top Tip…You can pre-book drinks for your table up until Friday 4th July, using the Restaurant Portal available through your customer account.

 

Is ther an age limit?

Our age limit is 16+yrs Wed/Thurs/Fri/Saturday and 12+yrs on Sunday

Top Tip…if you are lucky enough to look under 25yrs, and you’re 18+, don’t forget to bring your ID with you! If you are purchasing alcohol, you’ll be asked for proof of age at all bars and restaurants.  If you can’t prove you’re 18yrs+, you won’t be served.

Please note: there is no age limit for Playdate @ Henley Festival.

Did you know that Henley Festival is a registered charity? We are proud to support and nurture emerging talent. You’ll find talented RISE musicians, sound, lighting and production crew across the festival site throughout the five nights.

Head to the Audi High RISE gallery to see works by RISE artists and before they are discovered by the rest of the world! And following on with the success of RISE by Henley Festival, we have decided to introduce EARLY RISERS this year at Playdate, our wonderful, fun filled children’s festival! What is Playdate @ Henley Festival?

On Sunday 13th July (10am – 1.30pm) is hugely popular daytime children’s festival. Festival gates open between 10.00am – 1.30pm and free parking is available to visitors between 9.30am – 2.00pm. There is no dress code for Playdate, wear what you like! You can be any age too!
