Box Office Top Tips 2022
Henley Festival 2022 has made the move to E-Tickets! Here’s our Box Office Top Tips on how to ensure your entry into Henley Festival 2022 is a smooth one:
Festival e-Tickets/ Car Park e-Tickets and Souvenir Brochure e-Tickets are now available to either download or print off via your Henley Festival online ‘CUSTOMER ACCOUNT’
- Your e-Tickets will only be accessible using the email address shown on your booking confirmation email. Please use this email address to access your e-Tickets via ‘MY ACCOUNT’.
- If you have not already accessed ‘MY ACCOUNT’ for Henley Festival 2022, you will need to create a new password to gain access ‘PASSWORD RESET’
- You will be able to DOWNLOAD your e-Ticket and if relevant, forward on individual e-Tickets to your guests. Or PRINT off your e-Ticket and if relevant, pass on individual e-Tickets to your guests’ via paper A4 copies.
- All e-Tickets must be shown at the festival entrance gates. Mobile network connectivity can be limited on-site, so we recommend downloading e-Tickets before your visit, so you can enjoy every possible moment inside the enclosure and not spend it hovering at the gate! We highly recommend PRINT for large group bookings.
- IMPORTANT NOTE – As each individual e-Ticket has a unique barcode, it will only be accepted at the festival entrance gates once. You must ensure that each guest is sent their individual e-Ticket for scanning. Each ticketholder will be required to show their own e-Ticket, regardless of the lead booker. Please treat the individual e-Tickets like a paper ticket ( as in previous years).
- When your e-Ticket has been scanned, you will receive a corresponding wristband, which must be worn throughout the evening.
- We are sorry, entry to Henley Festival 2022 will not be allowed to any ticketholder, without their corresponding wristband, who presents an e-Ticket that has already been scanned.
- If you have Lawn or Grandstand e-Tickets for the headline concert, please be prepared to show your e-Ticket and Wristband as you enter the seated arena.
- Wristbands are not required for ‘Family Sunday’, our children’s daytime event.
