Belle Noir

10:45 pm on Saturday 13th July 2024

Jazz at The Paradiso

The stunning harmonies of London based-vocal harmony group, Belle Noir, are an alchemy of jazz, soul, blues and pop. Inspired by artists like Melody Gardot, Jamiroquai, Jamie Cullum and Blossom Dearie, they are carving a name for themselves as a modern-day jazz inspired trio.

Comprising the talents of Emily JP Young, Jasmine Gur, and Sarah Goodwin, Belle Noir embody a retro glam aesthetic and transport their audiences to an ambiance of speakeasies and smoky jazz clubs.

Their captivating performance on The Voice in 2020, where they were coveted by both Sir Tom Jones and Olly Murs, served as a platform to introduce their distinctive brand of Retro Pop to a national audience.

With a remarkable journey spanning eight years, Belle Noir has solidified its position as one of the UK’s most sought-after entertainment acts, boasting a clientele that includes names such as Rolls Royce, Google, and Facebook. Now, moving away from their corporate image, they are set to launch their debut EP in collaboration with London-based producer and musical director Jamie Safir.

Making their Henley Festival debut, the trio alongside their band of top UK session musicians will perform a lively nighttime set with versions of songs by artists from Etta James to Beyonce and Bruno Mars to The Jackson 5, as well as some numbers from their upcoming EP.

So don’t miss this incredible act for an evening of beautiful harmonies, old school classics, contemporary favourites and music to make you move!
