BOX OFFICE TOP TIPS 2024

Ticket Holders 

• Henley Festival 2024 e-Tickets / Car Park e-Tickets and Souvenir Brochure e-Tickets are available to download. Click here to access your ‘CUSTOMER ACCOUNT’click on ‘my e-tickets’ and either download or print off your e-tickets.  Festival e -Tickets can also be printed for you between 10^th – 14^th July, at the Site Box Office.  You won’t need e-tickets for any restaurant reservations, Jazz Club booths, Pure Heaven VIP passes or enclosure moorings. If you have booked any of these, our restaurant and club managers will hold details of your name & booking/s. Our Mooring department will hold details of name/boat & booking/s too.
• Your e-Tickets are only accessible using the email address linked to your Customer Account.  Please only use this email address to access your e-Tickets via ‘MY ACCOUNT’.Other email addresses will not be recognised.
• If this is the first time you have used‘MY ACCOUNT’  please create a password to gain access via PASSWORD RESET. If you have been to Henley Festival before and have forgotten your old password, you can use this same link to reset your password.
• All e-Tickets must be shown at the festival entrance gates, where you will be given a corresponding IMPORTANT NOTE – Each individual e-Ticket has a unique barcode and will only be accepted at the festival entrance gates once. You must ensure that every guest has their own individual e-Ticket for scanning. Once an e-ticket has been scanned for access to the festival, it cannot be rescanned for any further access.
• Mobile network connectivity can be limited on-site, so we strongly recommend downloading e-Tickets to a smartphone before your visit! You can also print a hard copy or take a screenshot to help speed up entry. Then you can enjoy every possible moment inside the enclosure and not spend it hovering outside! Please note that Car Park passes must be printed off in advance and displayed on your dashboard prior to arrival at your designated car park, thank you.

Dress Code 

We are the UK’s only Black-Tie festival! – Remember you can never be over dressed at Henley… think ‘classic’ dinner jackets and bow ties, gorgeous tuxedos or tailored lounge suits with a smart shirt and tie. Bring out the cocktail dresses, elegant evening trousers, sparkling gowns, eye catching red-carpet outfits, stunning jumpsuits, or ‘that’ little black dress,  …glitz and glamour – we love it! Please ensure that your guests are fully aware of our Black-Tie dress code. For example – denim or leather clothing, including jeans and jackets, are a no!  We don’t allow t shirts, everyday flipflops, trainers (no matter how smart) and all forms of ‘casualwear’ including casual shoes. None of these are permitted and you may be refused entry to Henley Festival, without a refund.

We don’t  operate our Black-Tie dress code during Playdate! @ Henley Festival. This is our children’s daytime festival, held on Sunday 14^th July, and anything goes!

Opening and Closing Times 

Festival gates:-

Wednesday 10^th – Thursday 11^th July – 5pm to midnight.

Friday 12^th – Saturday 13^th July – 5pm to 1am.

Sunday 14^th July – 5pm to 11.30pm

All Car Parks for Henley Festival 2024 open at 4pm daily.

Children’s Playdate! @ Henley Festival, Sunday 14^th July – Festival gates open 10am to 1.30pm.

Blue Badge and Car Park 1 (only) are open 9.30am – 2.00pm. We offer free parking for our children’s festival, no car park ticket required.

Cashless 

Henley Festival is a cashless site.  Cash will not be accepted in any bars, restaurants, on the day car parking or throughout the site. You are welcome to use credit and debit cards, Apple pay and Google pay.

Site Box Office location

The Henley Festival Site Box Office is located on the left hand side, just before the main entrance. We will be open to visitors between 2pm and 9pm, on Wednesday 10^th – Saturday 13^th , and between 9am and 8.30pm on Sunday 14^th July.

Friend’s Membership Drinks Card

A reminder to all ‘Friends of the Festival’ – please collect your Friends Membership Card from the on-site Box Office ( opening times as above) to receive your exclusive 20% discount on drinks (excluding champagne). This exclusive offer is available during ‘Happy Hour’ in the RISE Bar between 5.00-7.00pm, on all festival nights.

Car Park Passes

Car Park 1 passes @£40.00. Due to limited capacity, bookings are all subject to availability.

We have 20 x spaces for Blue Badge guests and offer complimentary passes. We strongly advise you to book well in advance please, as these spaces are all subject to availability.

Car Park 2 passes priced at the ‘special advanced booking’ price of £25.00, can be booked between 24^th January – 9^th July. From Wednesday 10^th July onwards, Car Park 2 spaces are priced at @£30.00 and can be purchased on the gate of Car Park 2 (card payment only)  or online at www.henley-festival.co.uk.

If you have already purchased your car park pass, you will be able to download this before your visit to the festival.  There will be signs when you arrive, directing you to your allocated car park – stewards will need to see your Car Park Pass to allow access. Please print off the car park pass in advance and display on the dashboard of your car.

Can I buy a Car Park space on the day I attend the festival? 

Of course you can! Car Park 2 spaces are available to purchase on the gate of Car Park 2. Entry will cost £30.00 (card payment only).

Age Limit, do I need to bring ID? 

Our age limit is Wednesday to Saturday 16years+, and Sunday 12years +

You may be asked for proof of age when you arrive at the festival, we accept colour photocopies (with clear facial features) of a valid passport, provisional driving license or CitizenCard.

We have no age limit for Playdate!@Henley Festival, our children’s event.

Challenge 25 Policy

We operate a Challenge 25 policy.  If you look under the age of 25 you will need to produce a valid ID at all festival bars, in order to purchase alcohol.   If you cannot produce a valid ID, you will not be able to consume or purchase alcohol anywhere on the festival site.

Sorry, moorings are not available to book for our children’s event, Playdate! @Henley Festival.

I have a reservation at a restaurant, how do I make my menu choices? 

If you have made a reservation at one of our fine dining restaurants (Riverside Canteen, The Riverside or The Terrace) please log onto your Henley Festival account, by visiting http://boxoffice.henley-festival.co.uk/login/ and select ‘My Restaurant Bookings’ to make your menu choices.  If you haven’t accessed your online account before, then follow the instructions to get a new password.
