Box Office Top Tips 2023

Top Tips for e-Ticket Holders

  1. Festival e-Tickets / Car Park e-Tickets and Souvenir Brochure e-Tickets are now available. Click here to access your ‘CUSTOMER ACCOUNT’ click on ‘my e-tickets’ and either download or print your e-tickets off. You won’t need e-tickets for any restaurant reservations.
  2. Your e-Tickets are only accessible using the email address shown on your booking confirmation email(s).  Please only use this email address to access your e-Tickets via ‘MY ACCOUNT’. Other email addresses will not be recognised.
  3. If you have not already accessed ‘MY ACCOUNT’ for Henley Festival 2023, you will need to create a new password to gain access PASSWORD RESET
  4. All e-Tickets must be shown at the festival entrance gates where you will then be given a wristband. Mobile network connectivity can be limited on-site, so we strongly recommend downloading e-Tickets before your visit, so you can enjoy every possible moment inside the enclosure and not spend it hovering at the gate!
