Your E-Tickets are ready to Download!
- Festival e-Tickets / Car Park e-Tickets and Souvenir Brochure e-Tickets are now available to download. Click here to access your ‘CUSTOMER ACCOUNT’ click on ‘my e-tickets’ and either download or print your e-tickets off.
- If you have booked any of the following…The Riverside, Riverside Kitchen or Terrace Restaurants. Paradiso jazz booths, Pure Heaven VIP passes or festival enclosure moorings, they are not provided with e-tickets . Restaurant and Club Managers will hold details of your name & booking/s and our Mooring Department will also hold details of your name/boat & booking/s
- Festival e-Tickets are only accessible using the email address attached to your customer account. Please only use this email address to access your e-Tickets via ‘MY ACCOUNT’. Other email addresses will not be recognised.
- If this is the first time you have used‘MY ACCOUNT’ for Henley Festival, you will need to create password to gain access. Please click on the link PASSWORD RESET. If you have been to Henley Festival before and have forgotten your password, you can use the same link to reset your password.
- All e-Tickets must be shown at the festival entrance gates, where you will then be given a wristband. Mobile network connectivity can be limited on-site. We strongly recommend downloading your e-Tickets to a smart phone, taking a screen shot or printing a hard copy before your visit to help speed up entry. Then you can enjoy every possible moment inside the enclosure and not spend it hovering at the gate! Please note that Car Park passes must be printed off in advance and displayed on your dashboard prior to arrival at your designated car park.
- If you have made a dining reservation in one of our restaurants, please log on to your Henley Festival account to complete your menu choices: ‘MY ACCOUNT’. Please complete your selections by Wednesday 5th June at the latest to ensure that we can meet your requirements on the night.
- IMPORTANT NOTE– As each individual e-Ticket has a unique barcode, it will only be accepted at the festival entrance gates You must ensure that each guest has their own individual e-Ticket for scanning. Once an e-ticket has been scanned, it cannot be scanned again.
