MAKING A BOOKING
Bookings can be made through our hospitality team at hospitality@henley-festival.co.uk. Payment is taken in full before the event.
TICKETS AND DOCUMENTATION
On arrival at the venue, wristbands will be issued on presentation of your ticket. Tickets must be kept at all times and are non-transferable.
DRESS CODE
The Henley Festival has a formal Black Tie dress code. We encourage all guests to be part of the Henley Festival show, remember you can never be over dressed at Henley – think dinner jackets and bow ties, long or short evening wear, glitz and glamour! Dark lounge suits, evening trousers and jumpsuits are also acceptable. Casual attire including, trainers and informal footwear, denim and leather are not permitted and you will be refused entry to the event.
ACCESSIBILITY
Please inform us of any accessibility requests when booking.
PARKING
Parking is available at the event. Guests arriving by chauffeur or taxi can be dropped off outside the Festival entrance.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Guests will be asked to provide details of any dietary requirements prior to the event.
LOCATION
The Festival site is approximately a 10 minute walk from the centre of Henley-on-Thames. Please proceed over the bridge and the entrance to the Henley Festival is on the left.
