Our menu for the festival will be, Lobster Rolls: succulent lobster pieces served in a New England style brioche roll with salad leaves a choice of our flavoured mayonnaise and finished of with hot butter. Lobster Mac and Cheese: rigatoni pasta in a cheddar cheese sauce with fresh lobster and a parmesan crisp. Lobster Taco: a hard shell taco with salsa, iceberg lettuce, tomato and our special lobster mayonnaise.
