Close Brothers Asset Managment look for partnerships that offer unique experiences for clients across the UK and since 2020 have actively explored opportunities to support the UK arts and culture industry which suffered so much during the pandemic.  We very much look forward to partnering with them on some special events for you throughout the year.

Henley Festival’s Patrons Club enables us to present some of the best music and art from across the world. During Henley Festival, Patrons are invited to use our exclusive Patrons Lounge Bar  & Garden situated within a grand tipi in the heart of the Festival enclosure.  With grateful thanks to Creative Landscape Co Ltd. of The Big Plant Nursery who supply foliage, plants and botanicals to enhance the Patrons Lounge and thanks also to  Hundred Hills, our wine partner. Hundred Hills are locally produced in the Chiltern Hills and their English sparkling wines are exclusively available in the Lounge.

As a way of saying thank you to our Patrons, they enjoy exclusive benefits which bring them closer to Henley Festival.

PATRONS BENEFITS INCLUDE

  • Patrons’ are the first priority friends group to be able to book an unlimited number of seats in the Grandstand and Lawn (subject to availability)
  • A £550 credit towards your choice of tickets on an evening of your choice
  • 8 x Complimentary General Admission tickets to be used across the Festival nights
  • 1 complimentary VIP car park pass each evening (with an additional bonus one should you require)
  • Dedicated Relationship Manager offering a personal service throughout your Festival experience assisting with your ticket, dining, parking and mooring reservations.
  • 20% discount on all drinks (excluding champagne) at our Happy Hour in a selected bar, venue tbc between 5.00-7.00pm on Festival nights, using our exclusive Patrons and Friends drinks card.
  • As a Patron, you may invite up to 6 guests each evening to join you in our exclusive Patrons’ Lounge, where you will be welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Hundred Hills English Sparkling Wine and canapés.
  • Named acknowledgement on the Henley Festival website.
  • Invitation to attend the exclusive Patrons launch of the Henley Festival Artistic Programme.
  • Invitation to attend a unique event held during the week of Henley Festival.
  • An input into the charitable giving of the Henley Festival Trust

The suggested donation for becoming a Patron starts at £3,750. A  joining fee of £1,000 will be added.

The RISE programme set up by Henley Festival in 2022, was launched to inspire and support the next generation of talented performers and technicians hoping to work in the creative arts industry. RISE provides paid opportunities for up-and-coming musicians, comedians and visual artists. We also seek to support the backstage staff of the future by offering paid work experience with leading lighting and sound companies, and in marketing and PR.

For Gift Aid purposes: of your payment, the value of benefits is £1,605 and the balance is a recommended donation to which Gift Aid can apply. For VAT purposes: the vatable value of benefits is £1,690 and the balance is an unrestricted donation. (The benefits package may be purchased separately for the stated benefit value, by making a donation for the amount of your choosing or without making a further donation.)

Head to the Moet Champagne lawn for a glass of fizz and an amazing view of the river.

HUNGRY?

All our non-bookable restaurants are open throughout the evening and are less busy during the floating stage concert.

YOUR VISIT

WHAT SHALL I WEAR?

The Festival has a black tie dress code.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The car park opens at 4pm, Festival gates open at 5pm.

DO I NEED A WRISTBAND?

Wristbands will be given out at the Festival gates upon presentation of a valid ticket.
