Our daily ‘What’s On’ guide will keep you in the know by telling you exactly when and where it’s all happening. There are also details of grazing choices, including our wonderful ‘walk in’ restaurant ‘Crooked Billet at the Salon Quarter sponsored by Beckhoff’.

We are the UK’s only Black Tie festival! It’s time to check out the festival weather predictions, pick that party dress, choose the suit, search out those bow ties and leave the denim and trainers at home.
If you booked with us, you’ll have access to your festival entry e-tickets via your customer account. Click here to log in.
We will be open to visitors from 11.00am to 9.00pm – Wed 8th to Sat 11th July and 9.00am to 8.00pm on Sunday 12th. Site Box Office Phone lines are open during festival week between 11.00am and 5.00pm Tuesday – Sat and 9.00am – 5.00pm Sunday.
We are located to the left just before the festival entrance.
You can still book festival tickets and parking online 24/7 (subject to availability) and if you have a question and can’t find the answer via our FAQ’s, please email info@henley-festival.co.uk.
Wednesday 8th July – 5.00pm to 12.00am
Thursday 9th July – 5.00pm to 12.00am
Friday 10th July – 5.00pm to 1.00am
Saturday 11th July – 5.00pm to 1.00am
Sunday 12th July – 5.00pm to 11.30pm
All festival car parks open at 4.00pm
If you have pre-booked a Car Park 1 or Car Park 2 pass, it will need to be scanned at the entrance gate. Please print off your pass and display it before you enter your car park. Each pass has a unique bar-code and will only offer access to one vehicle. Please follow directions and the one-way system we have in place for both car parks.
If you haven’t booked yet – don’t worry! Car Park 2 passes are still available. You can either buy these in advance online, or on the day when you arrive at the gate of Car Park 2 (£40.00 card payment only).
Blue Badge parking –
If you have prebooked your Blue Badge pass, please print off and display this before you enter Car park 1. You’ll need to show your Blue Badge pass for scanning at the entrance gate. Only cars displaying a Henley Festival 2026 Blue Badge pass will be offered access.
If you have a reservation at the Riverside Restaurant, Terrace Restaurant or Riverside Feasting, you have access to your table from 6.00pm Wednesday to Saturday. For Sunday only at the Terrace Restaurant, it is 5.00pm.
Our age limit is 16+yrs Wed/Thurs/Fri/Saturday and 12+yrs on Sunday
Did you know that Henley Festival is a registered charity? We are proud to support and nurture emerging talent with RISE by Henley Festival. You’ll find talented RISE musicians, sound, lighting and production crew across the festival. Playdate @ Henley Festival is our hugely popular daytime children’s festival, taking place on Sunday 12th July. Check out details and performance timings here.
Festival gates open between 10.00am – 1.30pm and free parking is available to visitors between 9.30am – 2.00pm. There is no dress code for Playdate, wear what you like and you can be any age too!
