Festival Timings
  • Wednesday 8th July – 5.00pm to 12.00am
  • Thursday 9th July – 5.00pm to 12.00am
  • Friday 10th July – 5.00pm to 1.00am
  • Saturday 11th July – 5.00pm to 1.00am
  • Sunday 12th July – Playdate! –  (children’s festival) – 10.00am to 1.30pm
  • Sunday 12th July – 5.00pm to 11.30pm

Dress Code

We are proud to be the UK’s only Black-Tie music and arts festival, and we ask all visitors to embrace our dress code. Please note that casualwear, which includes denim and leather clothing, trainers, flip flops and informal footwear, is not permitted and you will be refused entry to the enclosure. Playdate, our children’s daytime festival, has no dress code.

Age Limits
  • Wed–Sat evenings: 16+ (under 18s must be with an adult). No under 16s (including babies).
  • Sunday – evening: 12+ (under 18s must be with an adult). No under 12s (including babies).
  • Playdate @ Henley Festival – (Sunday morning): No age limit, children under 3yrs and babies have free entry.

Festival Site Map
Food and Drink

No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the festival enclosure.

Please note, you must have a festival entry ticket to access any of our restaurants, bars, or food concessions.

Restaurants: Pre-booked restaurant and Riverside Social help/enquiries/queries – contact carolyn@henley-festival.co.uk . Emails will be monitored daily until 12 noon. For urgent same day pre-booked restaurant support, please call Box Office on 01491 843 404 before 5pm.

Crooked Billet: No booking required, walk-in only.

Concessions/Bars: Within the enclosure, we have a wonderful variety of hand-picked food concessions and a selection of festival bars – all open from 5pm onwards.

Pavilion picnics: You are welcome to picnic in our car parks, but no food/drink can be brought into the festival enclosure.

Parking

Henley Festival Car Parks: Open daily at 4pm

During festival dates – Car Park 2 passes @£40.00 can be purchased in advance online, or at the gate of Car Park 2 (card payment only). No telephone car park sales available.

Blue Badge Parking: See Accessibility

Playdate @ Henley Festival parking: Sunday 12th July – open between 9.30am and 2pm

Moorings

Travelling by boat? Moorings within the Henley Festival enclosure are available to purchase (all subject to availability) and are for the exclusive use of festival visitors.

All guests on board must be in possession of a Henley Festival entry ticket and must also abide by the black-tie dress code.

Limited Moorings are available on Wednesday/Thursday and Sunday – please contact the Box Office on 01491 843 404 for enquiries and bookings. Moorings must be booked at least 24hrs in advance.

Medical Facilities

We have medical facilities available close to the festival entrance gates. Wheelchairs are not available for hire from Henley Festival. If you require the use of a wheelchair, please hire one in advance of your visit.
