Owner, Dan Batchelor, worked as a chef for 16 years at Michelin starred restaurants including Simpsons in Birmingham and London. In 2013, Dan decided to get out of the kitchen and open his own stall – The Flying Cows and still cooks like a Michelin chef from the truck. Dan uses the finest quality, locally sourced, grass-fed special breed beef to hand make their multi-award winning burgers.

The Flying Cows have won the title of Best Street Food Burger twice as well as the Best Street Food Award at the ITV Food & Drink Award in 2020.
